Medical Bag Requirements

The following is a list of essential items for inclusion in a medical bag:

1. Sponge
2. Towel
3. Scissors with blunt top
4. Cotton wool
5. Gauze pieces
6. Vaseline
7. Crepe bandage
8. Elastoplast
9. Melolin dressings
10. Tape
11. Ice packs
12. Cold spray
13. Deep Heat
14. Jelonet or similar dressings
15. An anti-septic solution, e.g. Savlon.
16. Arm sling
17. Eye patch
18. Cotton bud
19. Paracetamol

The above is not a comprehensive list but it will cover the vast majority of football injuries.
